My Opinion

“He made himself the cure, which wouldn’t have been necessary if he hadn’t also created the disease.”

Kill Switch is the third book of the series and if you thought Corrupt and Hideaway were intense then you will be shocked, SHOCKED I tell you.

In this book, Damon is fresh out of jail and ready to get his revenge on the girl who sent him there, but we also get the backstory of his life. I used to hate Damon but now that I know what happened to him and the reasons he is the way he is… I feel really bad for him.

I don’t know how Penelope D. does it but she has written the most brilliantly fucked up and intense enemies to lovers story. She makes you root for the anti-hero and it seems that with each book we discover each horseman is more messed up and complex that the previous one.

I am very excited to read Will’s book. We barely learn anything about him in the first three books…maybe a bit more in Kill Switch since he’s closes to Damon but it barely scratches the surface. I have a feeling Will is going to take us for a wild and dark ride.

I will not do a book summary and review like I usually do because the best way to read this book is with knowing absolutely nothing about the story and allow yourself to be surprised and feel all the feels!
